My back continues to heal and I am currently working out at World Gym. I have been able to run on a tred mill with out any pain in my back or leg. This is a answer to prayer becasue this is the first time in about a year that I have been pain free. This is all because of God's grace. Thanks for your prayers. Please also pray for my teamate Mandy who has been diognosed with the same problem I have. It is great that I can be a resource and encouragment for her as she stuggles through the pain and bed rest.
Also, God has been placing more people in my life that I am directing to go to church to learn about the freedom God offers in Christ Jesus. Pray that they respond to God's call in thier lives.
